This newspaper is largely dedicated to King George and Queen Elizabeth’s visit to New York City in June of 1939.  World War 2 was only two months away.  Lots of pictures of ceremonies surrounding the royal visit. Were the royal couple visiting the US as a “propaganda” effort to increase support for Britain if it needed help in a possible upcoming war with Germany?

Includes really interesting article about Hitler, peace, and Chamberlain.  Headline for article is “Hitler Promises Mapping Proposals For Solving World Problems”.
